This proposal outlines the best training programme to meet your organisation’s requirements and address your challenges. Our programmes usually involve a combination of strategic sessions, partner accredications, virtual coaching and skills workshops over 6-12 months.

Strategic Session

A short strategic session with your leadership team to plan support for the change programme.

Usually a ½ day session with your leadership team to:

  • Introduce the approach
  • Use the approach to analyse your own needs
  • Identify other support needed for the change programme
  • Win their buy-in and support for accreditation
  • Set success criterion for evaluation


Partner Accreditations

Commitment to Accreditation to demonstrate using the Performance Consulting model in real meetings.

  • Learners achieve Accreditation to Level 1 by passing the same competence test at the end of the Virtual Coaching or a 2 day skills workshop
  • To reach Accreditation Level 2, participants submit 2 examples of using the process successfully in real client meetings


Virtual Coaching

We recognise the growing need for virtual coaching in our ever-changing work environment. We use Zoom to offer our global clients virtual and online coaching sessions via webinars and web conferencing to businesses worldwide. This offers a cost-effective tool for our clients who wish to save valuable working hours, cutting down travel time and impact on the environment.

Following on from some preperation work, we take our partners through 6 initial 1 hour sessions over 6 weeks. These are then followed to ensure the requirements to achieve level 1 accredditation are met .

Skills Workshops

Our 2 day highly experiential Workshops are for Business Leaders, Learning & Development Managers and HR Practitioners. They provide you a simple tool for identifying the underlying problems within the workplace and develop an effective, realistic solution together. After deploying the tools in real meetings, we then conduct a further half day follow up workshop.
